Sell your home faster by keeping spaces neutral, clean and simple

Image
“An orderly room makes an orderly mind.” – unknown The first and probably most important step when preparing to sell your home is to begin to declutter your living space. Keeping spaces neutral, clean and simple looking will be more attractive to potential buyers. You may find yourself deliberating your choices for many objects along the way – keep in the room, put in another room, donate or give away, sell or ultimately trash. Try not to waste time on pondering over one thing. Tackling one room at a time, then sorting into piles will make this process much easier. Be sure to keep like things together and to label boxes and bins for quick retrieval in the future. Remember, it’s only things. What really matters are the people and they’re going with you when you sell your home.  http://bit.ly/2a5w1mm

Homeowners won't sell in K/W

The CBC has published a story on a study done by CIBC and Angus Reid on the thoughts on home ownership. The study concluded that nearly 2 in 3 homeowners won't sell because of how much it costs to buy again. The way you have to look at this is all relative to the market. You can still take advantage of the market by securing a low-interest mortgage and using 20% as a down payment. With the extra money you made on the house, you can use it to pay off debts or invest into income properties. Get the full run down with Mike Bolger. I can help you benefit from the market rather than lose. Want to chat?
