CTV News Kitchener is reporting that Kitchener/Waterloo Home Owners are scared to death about their local real estate market.
Many homeowners are not considering selling their homes during this crazy housing market. One of the key factors behind Waterloo Region’s skyrocketing house prices is lack of inventory. Property sales jumped 10 percent in January and February for the Kitchener-Waterloo area.
